Conference Sponsorships
AINSE-supported conferences provide pathways for collaboration within nuclear science, engineering, and related research fields. These forums for robust intellectual debate also provide invaluable opportunities for young researchers to network and present their work within their established research communities.
AINSE is proud to support these conferences and events through the provision of travel assistance for attending students.
Event Organisers can download an application form for conference support from the link below.
Applications for Conference Sponsorship must be received by applications@ainse.edu.au. Applications are reviewed three times per calendar year. The upcoming deadlines for applications are:
- 29th February 2024 for events starting on 1st May 2024 or any date thereafter.
- 31st July 2024 for events starting on 1st October 2024 or any date thereafter.
- 30th September 2024 for events starting on 1st January 2025 or any date thereafter.
Students from AINSE Member Organisations should contact the conference organisers to apply for AINSE-sponsored travel funding. For students wishing to travel to international conferences outside of Australia, please see our AINSE International Conference Travel Scholarships.
