How do I apply?
To apply for the PGRA Scholarship, contact your AINSE Member Representative and establish a connection with a PhD qualified ANSTO staff member to co-supervise your research project.
You must complete the application form using our online application portal prior to the application deadline.
First-time users are required to register an account using their University email address. Once logged in, you can start or resume your application by selecting the “PGRA Scholarship” round.
Complete applications, including all supporting documentation, must be submitted and received prior to the deadline.

What is it?
A$9,000 per annum stipend for Ph.D students. Additional funding is also provided for travel to ANSTO facilities for research purposes.
Am I eligible?
Eligible students will be enrolled in a Ph.D. at an AINSE Member University and receiving an RTP scholarship or equivalent.
The research project must involve the use of ANSTO facilities or collaboration with an ANSTO employee.
