This form is used to inform the Bragg Institute when you are coming to visit the Bragg Institute and what is the purpose of your visit. Each member of your party should complete this form when a number of people are visiting from an organisation, failure to do so may result in refusal of entry for those persons undeclared.
Stevens Hall internet application (doc)
This form is used to organise an internet connection for visitors in the Stevens Hall which forms part of the ANSTO Motel complex. This form is only useful If you are staying at the ANSTO motel.
We are very interested in your feedback which is used to help us improve our services. Issues are distributed to responsible staff members for a solution plan. User comments and solutions are entered into a database and summarised for ANSTO management, the User Group, other users, and the Australian Institute for Nuclear Science and Engineering (AINSE).
