Dr. Wu-Tsan Wu received his Ph.D. degree in ?Mechanism of Pool Boiling Heat Transfer in Aqueous Surfactant Solution? from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He has been working on Printed Circuited Boards (PCB) at Rockwood Electrochemicals Asia Ltd. since 2000, focused mostly on ?Wet Processes? for PCB manufacture. The products include chemicals of ?Black Oxide?, ?Co-Bra Bond?, ?Desmear?, ?PTH?, ?Shadow?, ?plating?… He participated in R&D on the horizontal copper plating project with non-soluble anode and R&D on novel ?Varistor? manufacture at JumboTek Advanced Technologies, Inc., Taiwan.
Dr. Wu returned to academic research in August 2006. As a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Physics of the National Central University, Taiwan, his interest is in phenomena of superconductivity of nanoparticles. He is delegated to ANSTO for the Taiwanese Sika project to construct a cold 3-Axis Spectrometer at the OPAL reactor and is in charge of the MCNP (Monte Carlo N-Particle Transport Code System) calculations for shielding simulation.
