Australian Aerosol Workshops
The aim of Australian Aerosol Workshops is to bring together the diverse community of Australian scientists working on various aspects of aerosol science and their impacts. Previous workshops have been held at the University of New South Wales, Queensland University of Technolgy, CSIRO Aspendale (VIC), and at ANSTO, Lucas Heights (NSW).
Key Workshop focus areas include:
* Biogenic aerosol
* Secondary aerosol
* Bushfire aerosol
* Instrumentation
* Remote sensing
* Indoor aerosols
* Aerosols and health (person exposure, toxicity)
* Dust
* Source characterization
* Aerosols and medicine
* Urban aerosol and PM (including regulation)
* Particle formation (including field observations, laboratory studies and modeling)
* Radiative impacts and climate change
Workshops are held annually around the middle of each year to suit university and researchers' time frames.
