Experimental reports from each funded experiment will be published in the ASRP Annual Report. Reports should be submitted electronically to the ASRP office as soon as data analysis is sufficiently advanced that a reasonable report can be produced. Unsuccessful experiments should also be reported.
Two report formats are available:
1. Experiments Performed at the Photon Factory
The report consists of two pages only: the usual ASRP first page, followed by a second page formatted to match the Photon Factory Activity Report requirements. The report template can be downloaded here:

An example Photon Factory report can also be downloaded (PDF). The Photon Factory Activity Report editors will contact Australian users separately requesting Experimental Reports, however use of the above template for the ASRP report will avoid duplication of effort.
2. Experiments Performed at the Advanced Photon Source and NSRRC
The report should use the normal ASRP format which can be downloaded here:

Reports should be at least the two pages (as per the template). Ideally this will be sufficient for most experiments, however an additional two pages, for a total report length of 4 pages, can be added if necessary.
